PROCESS FLOW CHART




  • [1] Domestic wastes collected in the city are brought to the landfill and stored. The waste area is surrounded by concrete sealing walls. In this region, wastes are stored in a way that minimizes the harm the environment and are immediately disposed of on a daily basis.
  • [2] Then wastes are transported to the GARBAGE SEPARATION PLANT with ladles. All waste groups are exctracted according to their groups in the garbage separation plant. Metals-glasses are also separated, and all remaining waste (including wood-plastic-paper) are decomposed into powder.
  • [3] The wastes that are pulverized are transported from here to the COMPOST REACTOR with conveyors. Wastes are homogenized in the compost reactor.
  • [4] Afterwards, the wastes which are converted into homogenous compost are transported to the COMPOST FERMANTATION plateau with conveyors and the wastes are turned into piles by FERMANTATION with a special method.
  • [5] The wastes that are fermented here are then transported to the BASALIA PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT by conveyors. In this section we also have regular production facilities in our BASALIA PRODUCTION POOLS. In this section, produced BASALIAs and composted wastes are brought together in the LAYERED PAN SYSTEMS. At the same time, sewage and septic well wastes are transferred to the PANS. In this section, BASALIA biomass polymer is produced by vaccination.
  • [6] Then, the BASALIA polymers (biomass), which take the waste into its structure, are transported to the drying section. The pure water remaining in the pans is transferred to the tanks for use.
  • [7] Biopolymers dried in drying unit are transported to PROLISYS UNIT. Here, it is reacted here at high temperature and converted into fuel oil, gas and carbon black.
  • [8] After that, the fuel produced is transported to the storage area. Carbon black is stored in a separate unit for sale.
  • [9] The fuel and gas produced is transferred from the fuel storage area to the generator for the production of electricity and and supplied to the system.
  • [10] The flue gas emitted from the generator is recycled by transferring it to the BIOMASS PRODUCTION FACILITY (5) and the system continues treating the waste in the cycle by using the flue gases that are generated after the electricity generation together with the new waste income from outside.
